1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using longevitydocs.ai ("the Service"), provided by Longevitydocs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

longevitydocs.ai is an AI-powered intelligence platform for longevity medicine professionals. The Service includes:

  • Hippo — an AI assistant trained on the CLD curriculum, practitioner community insights, and scientific research
  • Communities (Rounds) — real-time group messaging between physicians, with channels, threads, reactions, and file sharing
  • News — curated longevity medicine intelligence from scientific, business, and opinion sources
  • School — course progression tracking for CLD (Certified Longevity Doctor) enrollment
  • Members — a physician directory with profiles, specialties, and availability
  • Opportunities — a job board for longevity medicine positions
  • Practice — business dashboards with CRM, finance, and marketing integrations

3. Eligibility

Access to the Service is restricted to healthcare professionals (MDs, DOs, PhDs) who are either enrolled in the CLD program, members of the Longevitydocs community, or members of the Longevitydocs team. Unauthorized access is prohibited.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The AI assistant Hippo provides educational and informational support only. Its responses do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. Clinical decisions should always be based on individual patient assessment, current clinical guidelines, and the physician's professional judgment. AI outputs may contain inaccuracies — always verify against current prescribing information and authoritative sources.

5. User Content & Community Guidelines

You retain ownership of content you share through the Service (messages, files, profile information). By sharing content in community channels, you grant Longevitydocs a license to display it to other members. You agree to:

  • Maintain professional conduct in community channels
  • Not share patient-identifiable health information (PHI) in any channel
  • Not share your login credentials with unauthorized users
  • Not attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
  • Not use the Service to generate harmful, misleading, or illegal content
  • Not reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service

6. Usage Limits

The Service includes token-based usage limits for the AI assistant that reset periodically. Access to certain features (Communities, Practice, advanced AI) depends on your subscription plan. Longevitydocs reserves the right to adjust limits at any time. Excessive or abusive usage may result in suspension of access.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, content, and materials within the Service are the property of Longevitydocs or its licensors. CLD course materials, community insights, and curated research remain the intellectual property of Longevitydocs.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Longevitydocs shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to reliance on AI-generated content or community discussions.

9. Modifications

Longevitydocs reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
